Moorestown, NJ, May 24, 2013 – Denton Vacuum, LLC today announced that Vincent C. McGinty, the company’s Vice President, Sales and Marketing, has been appointed President and CEO effective June 1, 2013. McGinty will be replacing Rod Moore, who is leaving to become the president of a global manufacturer of food products.
“Rod Moore has given Denton Vacuum strong and focused leadership over his seven year tenure,” commented Peter Denton, the company chairman and principal shareholder. “His energy, commitment and vision have left the company well positioned for future growth. While he will be sorely missed, I’m also pleased to report that Rod is supporting our transition and after his departure will continue to play a role in Denton’s future as a member of our Board of Directors.”
McGinty, who joined Denton in 2011, was previously president of Rhetech, Inc., a semiconductor equipment manufacturer based in southeastern Pennsylvania. Before that, McGinty held general management and executive positions with Kulicke and Soffa Industries and Solarex/Amoco.
